The Self-Synergy approach

Three parts of the mind. One whole person.

Psychology describes three parts of the mind that shape everything we do. Stacie's work brings all three into view, so the support fits the whole person.

  1. 01 Think

    Cognitive

    How you think and learn

Reasoning, learning, memory, and attention. A psychoeducational evaluation shows how this part works for your child and what support will help.

  2. 02 Feel

    Affective

    How you feel and connect

Emotions, confidence, motivation, and relationships. Counseling gives this part support, skills, and room to grow.

  3. 03 Do

    Conative

    How you naturally take action

Your instinctive way of getting things done. The Kolbe A™ Index measures it, and coaching helps you use it on purpose.

    Kolbe and coaching

When all three work together, that's self-synergy.

FAQ

Questions families and teams ask

Don't see your question? Call 850-714-3035 and we'll walk you through it.

What is a psychoeducational evaluation?

It is a comprehensive look at how a child learns. An evaluation typically explores reasoning, academic skills, attention, memory, and processing, along with social and emotional factors. You receive the results in plain language, with practical recommendations for school and home.

How do I know if my child needs an evaluation?

Families often reach out when a child works hard but still struggles, when grades don't match effort, or when attention or behavior is getting in the way of learning. If you're not sure, start with a conversation and we'll help you decide.

What does the Kolbe A™ Index measure?

It measures your conative strengths: the instinctive way you take action and solve problems. It is not an IQ test or a personality test. Your result shows how you work best when you're free to do things your own way.

Do you work with schools, teams, and organizations?

Yes. Stacie consults with educators, teams, and organizations, including team sessions built around how each person naturally takes action.
